Who gets the long distance award?

I used to live in Sandusky, and on a boring day it was so great to say "Oh lets drive over to Cedar Point". I now live in WV and can't do that anymore, and only made two trips last year, and I also have to drive about 6 hours to CP. Oh Well.

Oregon,Ohio here so your looking at about an hours drive to the point.
I wuold like to say in order for me to get to CP, I have to take 3 planes just to get to Michigan. Hmm, I wonder where I live? Perhaps Ewa Beach, HAWAII! Now there's a distance that requires some heavy duty traveling!

Kainoa
I live in Columbus, Ohio. It takes me maybe a little over two hours depending on how fast i can travel north on Rt. 4. I usually go up the night before Coastermania and spend the night so i don't have to drive that ghrouling two hours so early in the morning.

Please wait till the ride comes to a complete
stop!
It takes me about 10 minutes... and I get to be there 360 + days a year :)
Actually, I think we had a member from this site over in England post that he was coming to ride MF. So does he win?
I live in Slippery Rock, PA. A little less than 3 hours to the Point.

2.5 hours (129 miles one way) for me-live right outside of Columbus Ohio. 2.5 hours based on NO construction-and us Ohioians KNOW there is NO such thing as NO construction. I might add that only 12 miles of the entire trip is highway-everything else is Rte 23-Rte 4 or 98-Rte 2-all "lovely" back road country roads...cows-corn-cows and more corn...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
but ya know what??
I can NOT wait to make my 1st trip this year!!!

Welcome back Raptor riders-how was your flight??

Well I am in Salina, KS (right in the freaking middle of Kansas on the map) and it is according to MapQuest because I have never made the trip in my own car where I could keep track 944.3 miles or about 18 hours.

I live about 45 minutes south of Cedar Point in Willard, Ohio (Celeryville to be exact).
Hey Kainoa, Ewa Beach eh? Been there. How was the surf up on the north shore this winter(Hawaiian scale)? Hey do you know Ruthie?:)

Well, I'm only a 1 hr 45 min drive from Ypsilanti MI. That's going about 80 on the turnpike though. Almost got pulled over once.
Well, from where I live now, it's exactly 392.3 miles. I live in Ithaca, NY right now, but I'll be going to CP from my parent's house in Akron, OH, which is only 92.6 miles away. I'm going to try to do CP and PKI during the same week in the middle of May. :)
Thanks somewhatchewy! Now I know how far away I am when I hit Toledo! Every year I always forget and I just have to sit there and wait til I can see the skyline. Well since chewy said an hour from Toledo, I'm clockin about 2 hours because it's an hour to Toledo from Detroit.
807.6 miles from lovely Sioux City Iowa
