Who else makes a three hour drive evey weekend to CP?

I was just curious as to how many of (youns) make a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive every weekend for a day at CP and drive back home the same night? My girlfriend and I did it almost every weekend last year and have done it every one so far this year. We just love it! We are from New Castle, Pa. Alot of people say we're crazy but what I tell them back is that alot of people like to party and go to the bars and get their high someway or another. Our way of getting "HIGH" is a morning circuit on Millenium. And since we have season passes, I bet we don't spend near enough money as one would on a weekend out partying at bars, etc. Plus, we don't have to worry about getting a DUI...lol.

I've made the 3-hour trip from Lansing, MI to the Point quite a few times this season.

I don't like going weekends, however.

I live in Columbus, which is a 2 hour 15 minute drive. I only go about 4 times a summer though.

I too live in Lansing, and average almost 30 trips a year. Most trips during Halloweekends are down and back same day (Friday) because I have to work Saturday. Thank goodness I usually have an extra driver or I would never make it!

Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast

I don't going every weekend. I live three hours away, and I'm leaving here soon for Cedar Point.

I think you might spend as much as people who go to bars, just in another form...gas money...

Hello Everyone, two years ago me and my girlfriend had cedar point passes in which we went about 5 or 6 times that summer. I love cedar point and is still my #1 amusement park out of any I been to so far. We have been to Busch Gardens Va, Six flags, Ca,Dc,Illinois, New Jersey, paramounts kings dominion Va and still no comparison to cedar point. Oh!, by the way we live 6 to 7 hours from Cedar Point, Harrisburg PA.

It's a 2 hour drive for me from north of Detroit, and I go once every 2 weeks.

Cedar Point rocks my socks.

I've made my share of 3 hr drives from Fort Wayne IN. I plan to keep on doing it as long as I can tolerate it. The drive is pretty boring but I know the payoff at the end. It's worth it for me.

I drive 12 hours to get to Cedar Point. All the way from Kansas City, MO. I have been every year for the past five years. It really doesn't seem that long of a drive after watch 4 or 5 dvd's in the car.

The old west was never that wild. I had the last ride on Maverick!!!

Our 2nd trip is either late this month or early July. (2.5 hour drive from Belle River, Ontario)

I live in Zanesville Oh. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive for us. We usually make 8 trips a year. I can think of two trips last year when we left early, got there when the park opened, rode MF & TTD twice and came home.

I live about 45 minutes away from CP and 30 minutes away from GL.

I can't wait until I get my own car because I will definitely buy a season pass and go at least once a month. I live in Windsor, from here it's about a two hour drive. I have my licence now, but my parents won't let me take their cars to Cedar Point, hopefully one day they will change their mind. I will just have to wait until August 29 and 30 until I go next.
