Who are those people holding the booklets?

Every time I look at the Pagoda Cam I see girls mainly wearing blue, sometimes guys holding booklets standing by the Hat Rack on the midway. What are they doing/or trying to sell?

I hope its not the time share people again

I believe those are the artists/spray paint shirt employees.
