White portion of track on ride

Hey Everyone, I was just looking at the webcam and I see white sections on the track now on one half of the track. What is that?

I dont know if this was already discussed.

Now one of the webcams is blocked by ice on the camera its hard to see out the other two. Is something going on? Or is the weather getting bad there? It looks like they are getting alot of snow on weather.com

and Yes, this has been dicussed a hundred times. The alternating pieces are going to give the illusion of speed. The alternating color is supposed to make you really FEEL the 100mph+ youll be traveling at.
