Which S word do you use when you see a train on a coaster at a point not moving for a while on a lift or mid course brake?
I hear most people say it's stuck , but I tend to think that that means it has hit some gum on the track and it will never move. A more technical term could be that it's set up . Depending where it's at on different rides you could that it's stacked .
There are many more like stationary, silent, still, stagnate, stopped, sputtered, standing or stet.
The philosophical type might say that it's sedentary , but I would rule that out because I think the train call's the station home. For Drama, you could say it had a shortcoming on its trip. To be impressive and score 2 points (like in Scatagories) use a double S word like "it's in a standstill " You could also say that it's suspended , but the Iron Dragon in always in that state.
This is more of a question, in that I would like to know the different technical terms depending on where it's at during the ride. Even if it's not an S word, that's OK.
