Personally I think I'd pick something simple like the Gemini, but how fun would this be?

I always thought Wicked Twister would be fun backwards. 😉
Millennium Force would be pretty fun IMO.

Just about any ride could be fun if it were to run backwards. I think if Cedar Downs were to be run backwards, it would be interesting. A bit counter intuitive to the theme of the ride but fun nonetheless. As for coasters... Rougarou has a nice layout that would leave riders in constant anticipation of the next inversion.

Professional button presser.
Wearer of lime green and blue.
GateKeeper would be fun going down the first hill and through the Keyholes. Maverick would be fun with the sudden turns.

Nahhh, definitely Sky Hawk.
MaxAir...
Seriously though, check out some of the reviews from other Six Flags parks that ran Batman: The Ride (aka Namtab) backwards... Those quick transitions & snappy inversions don't work so well in reverse.
I did find it intriguing that now-defunct Six Flags Astroworld ran the last couple cars backwards on XLR-8. That might be interesting on Iron Dragon?
ROUNDABOUND.
I seconde GateKeeper. It wouldn't have snappy and uncomfortable transitions going backwards and seems like it provide a completely new experience.

Top 5 CP Coasters: 1. Steel Vengeance 2. Millennium Force 3. Maverick 4. Dragster 5. Magnum
Coaster Count: 102
I'd have to go with Blue Streak and Magnum. My two favorites that I sometimes feel like I might legitimately fly out of going forwards. Backwards would be so fun (and painful!)
Not sure any coaster would really be "fun" backwards except for those modern coasters designed to eliminate sudden jerky turns and moves...
Disneyland Paris used to have "Indiana Jones: backwards" coaster -- it was eventually converted to a forward facing coaster because of a parade of unending neck and ear injuries -- without being able to see the curves coming, you can't visually compensate, and hence lots of pain issues....
The Racers at Kings Island for sure. I want my childhood back. That ride ran backward on one side for over 10 years.
Wicked Twister runs backwards half the time. So does the boomerang at KI. Faceoff or it other names. They should at least run the Racers backwards for Halloweekends, there are less children during the fall. I rode the Racers backwards so many times. It kinda puts a damper on the ride for me. Not being able to experience that again.
Sky Ride :)
But uhh... I'm gonna go on record and say Iron Dragon! Backwards suspended swinging fun. Make it happen.

I definitely think GateKeeper would be the best coaster backwards.
Having one side of Gemini backwards would be fun too.
Iron Dragon would be a good candidate too.
I also think Rougarou could work backwards, but the corkscrew and MCBR snappy transitions might be a little painful.
Raptor could work too but I think that whole ride would be too snappy.
Outside of those, I don't think any others would really work too well.
^LOL
I always wanted during Halloweekends or whatever to see the carousels run backwards. KI turns theirs on constantly and hides it with a drape and puts skeletons on it..looks cool..But a carousel running backwards and empty, oh it'd be cooky :P
Aside from that to ride, I'll ride as intended..The backwards thing is cool, but eh..doesn't matter to me, I just ride rides..if I had to pick it'd be Magnum..the hills would be quite interesting and the first time a bit unsuspecting. Then to look up at where you've been, that might be interesting
Corkscrew, Power Tower, Magnum, & Monster/ Witches Wheel Crew 2011
I thought it would be cool to ride Mean Streak backward.
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
