Where/What is this in this CP picture?

I was just looking at this MF picture gallery, and I'm trying to figure out what/where this is in this picture: http://www.coastergallery.com/CP/60.html

My guess is it looks like a new piece of theming on the train ride. Is that right?

not a halloweekend prop..c'mon people its one of the scenes in paddlewheel like Tim said..Its the famous scientist whose been trying to get his flying contraption of the ground for some time!! Hes been there for many years!! Still hasn't acheive flight quite yet..gets closer each year...maybe this summer huh??

Its located just before the final left turn back to dock..before the bears I beleive

yea....I bet no one knows what the wings are made of..?give up, fly paper.its the scientist that has lots of ideas that never get off the ground.lol I've been on paddlewheel too many times.

I actually stood in the middle of the track that guy slides down. I've got a photo of it somewhere, actually. Lots of junk in the adjacent building, too.
