Where Is My Season Pass?

I ordered my season pass online, October 30 and as of today I haven't received it in the mail. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm asking because last season it was delivered within 10 days, and I'm getting nervous.

I was thinking the same exact thing up until a few days ago when it all arrived.......so keep waiting, im sure its on its way.

Yea, mine took well over 10 days as well. I think I ordered mine around the time you did also and it just came last week, so it might be on its way. They didn't bill by credit card (I checked online) until they shipped it, so if you see it on your bill and its not there within a few days, that's the time I'd worry.

I ordered mine on Oct 29 and received them via UPS on November 19. Took longer than I expected as well.

Well I orded my on Sat. the 20 of Oct. at the park and I still have not gotten mine. Yes , I'll say it is because I live Il. but still that is over a month ago.

Why don't you call the phone number given to you when you ordered it and ask? I got mine within 10 days easily.

Speaking of season passes, when will they announce when they will start redeeming the certificates?

That is the exact reason why I purchase mine at the park, it is in hand and no way or no how is anyone taking my Cedar Point pass from me!

A word about redemption...You will be able to redeem your certificate for a 2002 pass WITHOUT going to the park. (if you had a pass in 2001)

Once redemption begins (unsure of the date) you will be able to MAIL your certificate(s) back to CP. They will make your season pass with the digital photo from 2001 and mail you your 2002 pass:)

No kidding? That'll be nice, especially for those of us not anywhere near the park. I couldn't get mine early last year, and I had to wait in that godforsaken line opening day.

Well, it's 11-30-01 and still no pass. I don't have time to check my credit card statement online, but I should have time tonight.

Whew! The long wait is finally over. I received my pass in today's mail. Now, how do I renew it before opening day?

When I got mine, they told me that it could be mailed in after the first of the year, or if you want a new picture, you can go to the season pass office after the first of the year, but I'd wait until you get the newsletter. I'm looking forward to going there to redeem my pass before the season starts, I want an early first-hand look at Wicked Twister.
