Where do they buy the Lighthouse Point cabins?

I tried to search but I was unsuccessful. I remember at some point someone saying where CP buys the cabins and cottages for Lighthouse Point. Does anyone recall that information?

There's a label on the outside near the door with the manufacturer's info. I don't remember it off hand, but shouldn't be hard to find who makes them.

I live in northern Indiana. If I remember correctly, there was a rather large article in our local newspaper when Lighthouse Point first opened. Manufactured housing is a huge industry in this part of the state, and I'm pretty sure Cedar Point purchased the housing units for Lighthouse Point here. Perhaps Nappanee, IN? I think I kept the article. It's probably in my basement with every other article about Cedar Point and roller coasters in general that I have been able to hoard in the past 10-15 years. I can dig it out if anybody is really interested in knowing. Perhaps somebody can check out the manufacturer's label mentioned above and share the info here.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Speaking of Big Box Mart... I just learned that when our Giant Eagle moves to its new location next month, they're going back to 24 hours. I'm stoked, because I now have an option if I need to run to the grocery store on my way home from work. :)

That video is a good illustration on why it's good to have an employable skill that people want. Also, wal mart is evil, etc etc etc. It's old and tired.

I work as a service manager for a car dealership that sells travel trailers as well. We sell Sierra and Salem travel trailers that are made by Forest River. When Cedar Point put the cabins in we got information from them about the placement of their product at Cedar Point. That type of unit is called a prk model. It is basically a lare travel trailer that is set in place. My wife and I stayed in one before and it had many of the features that I am used to in the travel trailers at work.

Interestingly enough, Jonathan at My Money Blog posted about these a couple weeks ago. I don't think these are exactly the same as CP's, but pretty close.

CP333 and MDOmnis,

Thanks so much for the information! We now live in SC but we were kicking around the idea of buying a tiny piece of land on a lake here and I was thinking back to the gold ole days at CP. One of those little cabins would be all we would need. I appreciate your help!
