When is the season pass processing office open?

Does anyone know when the office is usually open? Can the season pass be processed before the park opens?

Yes, you can get your pass processed before the park open. A good guess is that they will begin processing early-mid April. I recommend that you get it processed before hand, it was save you time! If you didn't alreay know, if you were a pass holder this past year you can send it back to Cedar Point and they will update it for you and send it back. what are the lines for season pass processing like in may? also i bought a parking pass.if i show it to the guy at the gate will they let me in free to get it processed or what?

For your parking pass you must take it to the Season Pass center(left of main entrance) and they will put a sticker on your car. If you have a Joe Cool Club Membership you can have it put on your season pass(if oh course you have one).

With the exception of Opening Day and the Saturdays and Sundays in May, you won't to long of a line(but expect to wait a couple of minutes).

The season pass center is generally open two weeks prior to opening day. If the basket company is having a private event this year on Saturday May 4th, you will not be able to redeem your pass certificates that day. At least that's what happened last year.

If you have already bought your pass and have your certificates you can redeem by mail if you were a pass holder last year. I did this and I already have my pictured season pass for this year. I got it on Friday the 25. Now on opening day I can walk right in. :)

Yup, this is actually the MAIN reason I got the Joe Cool pass last year and again this year. Anything else I get as a result (early entry, discounts) is a bonus, but the ability to move my parking pass between cars is worth the $15 alone...
