I am planning a trip to Cedar Point with friends and I was wondering when is it the best time to go as far as short lines?
Well, the best time to go was in late May to early June, but I think Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Ohio theme park attendance this month has been relatively below average for more than just Cedar Point, I think even July will be slow this year. It's probably because a lot of people are out of work and gas prices are so high they can't afford to go.

Actually, those are the people that a more likely to go to amusement parks. It's the more expensive vacation spots that suffer.
If anything, high gas prices have actually helped CP. More people will be going to their local amusement parks.

Tuesday, and Wednesday are the best days to visit. Fridays and Saturdays are terrible!

What about Sunday? I arrived at the park Sunday afternoon, and Magnum trains weren't even going up the lift full. Went into the park on Monday and Tuesday, and it was busier on Tuesday than it was on Monday! We wished we had gone in on Sunday.
The best time..is when school is still in..on a Tuesday...thats the shortest i have ever seen the line..before school got out we did this and we rode 21 rides in under 8 hours. If your talking when school is out..then I would say Mon or Tue..after 4 seems to be lucky for us.
