When do TC and SNF close for the season?

I know that Thunder Canyon is closed for Halloweekends due to Werewolf Canyon, and I seem to remember Snake River Falls being closed as well, but I could be wrong. Are these two rides open up until Halloweekends starts, or do they close after Labor day? I'm wondering if they will be open the two weekends between when the normal operating schedule ends and Halloweekends begins.

Sorry if this was covered somewhere else. I searched here using google and searched Cedar Point's site and didn't find anything.

Thunder Canyon will close a few weeks before HalloWeekends while they prepare for Werewolf Canyon. Snake River Falls will remain open through the end of the season as long as the temperature is above a certain mark (I believe it's around 50 degrees).

SNF stays open with temp above 50, but even then they will keep it open with crazy guests and TC closes the day after labor day.
