I don't know why the cheese sauce has to be such a bright color. That's what I don't get about the questionable food coloring. Just don't make the food flourescent. When you make it with cheese it's not day glow orange so why does it need to be that color when you use a packet?
I find it ironic the ones complaining about all the health hype are probably the same ones who take several multivits and supps from unregulated companies..Ah so humorous to me and see it everyday in the wards.

It is true that many food companies find that color is an important part of their marketing effort. People are really influenced by color. They even put food coloring in some cat food, for the humans who buy it because the cats obviously could not care less.
