Whats under the white tent?
I dont recall anyone speculating abouts whats going on under the tent. Train assembly? A tunnel for themeing? Any ideas. Also I cant seem to find it anywhere anymore but I do remember seeing something about a "Halfpipe Coaster"on an Intamin website or an unofficial Intamin site has anyone seen that info? Or was I just spacing out?
I don't know about the tent, but that halfpipe coaster you saw on Intamin's sight is going in at a park in Finland this year.

ok why does it matter? you guys know their is going to be cars, a hydrolic launch system and a station.......so even if you were to find out what's going on underneath the white tent....would it make a big difference in your lives? The ride is finished, they just need to put the final touches on...Go get a girlfriend and keep her company until the 6th when they will announce it...(same day as the MacExpo)...

If you are really wondering what is under that "White Tent" here is something I think will help....If you all correct and I know you are (that were the tent is) that launch side!...under all the White is this http://www.twistedrails.com/kbf/apr20-13.shtml Xcelerator had the same thing at the end of the launch track. That is where the Launch Mechnism will go. Pretty niffty I'd Say. I am from Kitchener, Ontario. Canada. I can not wait to try out this thing!!! I am hoping to go in june or july. This may be stupid, but, Could it just be where the construction workers. break.. under the cold conditions out there. My step-father says they do that sometime when they are on a "cold Job" from time to time... just a thought..

They could, but that area is right in the middle of the construction area, and they will have to add the launch equipment eventually. From the webcam, it appears that they have been using the Power Station as a place to keep warm. The lights in there are on after it's dark out too.

Yes, Carnage it is a small world. Are you from Kitchener, Ontario. Also Just wondering. Anyway some good thoughts about whats under this white tent - Break Area for workers, or place to keep warm. Never thought of that:-) I have been riding roller coasters for about 10 years now, I have to admit and yet never been to Cedar Point, but just by being interested in what they are doing, this is the best place on the Planet! My dad also had a thought after I told him what they have put in so far. He goes " They are using us a test pilots for the feature of space travel " I mean launching us at the requested speed of 110mph...thats intense stuff, Its like NASA is watching who can handle all this. Just a Fun Thought!
I think it's entirely logical that yes, this is indeed the hydraulic vault under there, as mentioned above.
