What's the latest news?

What is the latest news of WT's problems? Anymore consruction going on? Is it running? Haven't heard too much on here about it lately and just wanted to see what is going on.
no more construction, they already built it.

June 28th: LocoBazooka Tour (Sevendust headlining)
July 11th: Korn, Puddle of Mudd, and Deadsy

I rode it yesterday. ( My first time) It was working until late afternoon/early evening and then when we wallked over by it later, we noticed it wasn't working anymore. I'm not sure why.

It was pretty cool. My fav part was the beginning, when you take off!

It was not working? Or it was not running?

Just thought I would interject a useless comment.

I fool so feelish...

After reading my post and thinking of how much of a dummy I am, I decided to let all of you know that I can spell. It is construction, not consruction. Just thought I'd put that in there and let you all know that I am not uneducated. Well, I hope that WT is running at full power and I can't wait to ride it again next summer.......or maybe at Halloweekends!!!!
Right now WT is not running at full power, and will most likely not for the rest of the season. Hopefully they will do whatever they can in the offseason to allow it to run at full power next season.

From how it looked yesterday, and from what Hooper and Dan told me, its very close to full again. The first launch backwards still only goes to the top of the green support, but the second launch backwards is VERY close to how opening day was. Foreward launch looks very close too...now we wait for reverse launch #1 to reach maximum height....

Let us know when it is full again. Then I will plan the 3 1/2 hour drive to ride it. I am so looking forward to enjoying this ride and having it live up to its name "Wicked Twister".

Close my ass... it is full power. When the train is about a car's length from the top, that is full power.

But Jeff, it's still only going to the top of the green support on the first launch backwards. So, in that respect, its not quite full yet. I do agree though, 2nd lauch backwards is at full power.

I wonder if the powers that be have permanently changed the format, and that this is as full as its going to get.

Dammit, the first backwards launch still only goes up halfway? I was under the impression it was running same mode as during Media Day again.

That's a disappointment if those rides are now just a memory. Even if the second backwards pass goes all the way up, what made it so intense was having two full launches up that back spike.

Oh well. :(
