What's that on the top of the lift?

If you look closely on the webcam, it looks like either a flag or a windsock. At first I thought it was a bird flying past, but after reloading a couple of times, it must not be.

it is a windsock to tell the workers of the crane weather or not it is safe to work. The MF wil be getting a weather station similer to the Magnums.

No they are correct its a windstock. The Flag is under the track. For further info look at the movie

Seeing as how Banshee works there and sees it every day, I think I'll go with what he says.

If you've got an american flag up there blowing in the wind, what good is a windsock? To tell what direction the wind is coming from? Take another look at the pictures.
