For those that care, Disaster Transport was disappointing.

I care quite a bit. This is not surprising, but disappointing.

And the only other thing I heard was regarding the new trail going through the Iron Dragon.

And thank you for finally sharing, Adam! :) A trail going through Iron Dragon? I have a guess, but I'll have to give it a better look tomorrow before I speculate.

OK, so it wasn't just my imagination that the path beneath Iron Dragon is now paved and wasn't before. Interesting.

I agree that Disaster Transport was disappointing. I didn't think it was any rougher, but after the lift there were no lights until the brake run. In thinking about it, I suppose that's akin to Flight of Fear being in all darkness, but with DT it seemed lame and certainly didn't make it more exciting.

Wow...I didn't even notice that. I just looked at the Dragster cam and it stands right out now that I've heard about it. So no one knows or someone knows and isn't telling?

I am sure someone knows :)

I'm interested in finding out if Dragster gets 6 train operation and also to see what will be going on with the new paved path and the concrete sidewalk in Dragster infield. Could it be a new Haunt? (just kicking around ideas)

The path connects from that area to an opening behind Dragsters photo booth. Anyone who went to the PB tour might have caught the start of the path. It could be for a haunt, but it seems too narrow at first glance to be a path suited for heavy crowds. But we'll see come Halloweekends announcement.

I'd say it's a safe bet that the new trail is for something HW-related.

Had a chance to visit to Tofts at Challenge Park Friday. It's inside the Subway tucked into the corner where the arcade games were. Just a small counter that only serves soft serve cones and sundaes. Just the basic three choices. Prices are similar to soft serve in the park. I was disapointed, hoping for a variety of ice cream flavors. We ordered two cake cones for my wife and son. When the girl made the first cone we thought she was going toss it out as a reject. It was tiny. No, she gave it to my wife. My wife asked if that was the size it was supposed to be, adding it looked like a doggie cone. The girl said yes that's it. My son still wanted it so he took it and we cancelled the other cone. We felt ripped off. The cones inside the park aren't exactly generous, but this was bad.

I thought a Tofts at this location would be a great thing for on the way back to the hotel or after challenge park, but no...Epic Fail!

Yesterday we stopped by the new Dairy Queen before going into CP. It's OK, I've never been a big DQ fan to begin with. Prices are similar to most DQ's. It should do wel,l especially after CP closes for the night. It's a good location for a quick snack.
