What's Hot - What's Not

Our family's yearly trek to the Point starts this Sunday and will end on Thursday. We have almost 5 full days to spend at the Point this year. We will be staying at the Breakers Tower (why do they ask how many children you have and then only give you 1 Snoopy stuffed animal?). My question is what should we not miss and what should we avoid this year? I mean shows, rides, even activities outside the park. How is the beach this year? Last year the lake level was real low. I have made a promise....if the line is not rediculously long I will do MF this time....I will do MF this time....(it scares me just to look at it!!!). All replies are definately appreciated. Look for us if you are there, we will be the Canadians!

Don't miss the ice show, Snoopy Rocks! On Ice. Of course, with 5 full days, you'll have plenty of time to do everything ... even things that aren't so hot.

Maybe some ages of your group would be nice.

RIDE IT OUT!

MF: 5
WT: 0
MAG: Phh... After about 10 at once I stop counting. So take that as it is.

heh... "Just looking at Millennium Force makes me scared". Oh the joy of RCT.

Sounds like you'll have plenty of time to do everything, including Challenge Park and Soak City. I heard the High Dive Show was pretty good too.

First off, make sure to hit the ice show as mentioned above, I work at the Point and I have heard and seen nothing but great work/comments from everyone about the show. Secondly, avoid on-ride photos. Costly, and not always worth the money. Take your kids to Camp Snoopy, its a great place to go, even for adults..:). For a nice dinner, check out the Midway Market, or, if you can afford it, and I mean no offense, visit the Boathouse, or, if you are Richard Kinzel, visit the Bay Harbor Inn. Have fun!

If you're going to take the plunge and ride "The Force", get the handstamp and when you get into the station wait for the first car. Also I would highly recommend a night ride for your first ride, it's an incredible experience. As far as food, of course I have to suggest the Macho Nachos. They are absolutely huge, and more than a snack for two people to share.... Extra jalepenos please....yummy!!
The ice show was well worth watching. It was much better than I expected it to be.
many people may dislike this comment, but mean streak is still a good coaster even in its dire need, yes i like it thank you very much!! you might want to try it.

I like MS, during the night ERT at CM, it was sweet because we were soaring through all that wood with now lights to guide us. Definitely a sweet ride at night.
