What's going on with Raptor?

Ok, so I hear it has been closed all day and some of yesterday, but I looked at the webcam and it looks like they put those metal fence things in front of the whole entrance area and seating area. Anyone know what's wrong?

Yes, watching the Web cam 24/7 and hypothesizing about things you're not seeing is what's wrong.
