Whats all missing?

Whats all missing in Oceana Midway, except the aquarium?

The Stadium.

The Stadium isn't missing and will be hosting the Splash Dive Show again this year.

Missing besides the Aquarium? the employee beach and movie screen, employee break/vending area behind Aquarium, some trees and bushes.

I heard that some of the games were missing too, is that true?

The Construction camera is mounted on the staduim. You can even see the stadium on the right of the picture.

Parasailing?.

Nothing But Stadium Games is Missing and Maybe one Food Stand

Parasailing is still there. Their building was just outside the Oceana Gate. That gate is still there. You can see the parasailing building on the beach cam.
