what's a Sunday in mid-october usually like?

hey, I'm assuming that there are people here who are more knowledgable about CP than I am... considering that I've only been there 3 times... I'm thinking about doing a starlight pass on Sunday October 12, since I have off of school the next day. How are the lines usually around then? I would guess that things are pretty slow around then... I heard that sundays are usually the least crowded... and I'd think that October would be pretty dead also. So, does anyone know what the waits usually are on October Sundays?
Time for the Magic Eight Ball.....

NO ONE can accurately predict the crowds at CP...

However, a good rule of thumb is the crowd levels for the Sundays in Oct...Saturdays are the busiest, followed by Sundays and then Friday Nights.

I would venture a guess the Sunday Starlight wouldn't be a bad investment, most people probably won't stay till the last hour so you should have a pretty good time.

I am going tomorrow, Sat, I will write up a Trip Report Sunday...

I know people frown upon threads like this, but I would like to know as well. I'm not asking what the crowds will be like on Sundays in September/October, but rather what your past experiences have been during this time. I went on Friday, May 9, and it was practically empty; almost every ride a walk-on. Has it ever been like that around this time of the year?

Chris, everything I say is a lie. Except that. And that. And that and that and that and that and that. And that.

Yes, and no.

Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription... is more cowbell!

No the mean and unnecessary comment won't come from Jeff, I'll provide it.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THIS TYPE OF TOPIC. WE DON'T NEED A WHOLE SLEW OF WHAT'S THE CROWD LEVEL LIKE ON BLANK DATE. THIS POINT HAS BEEN MADE CLEAR OVER THE YEARS ON GTTP.

EVEN IF IT IS HALLOWEEKENDS...THE BEST THING TO DO IS ENJOY THE WEEKENDS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE CROWD LEVEL.

As has already been covered, Fridays are the least busy day of the weekends, (Gee does the shorter hours give you a hint?), followed by Sunday and then Saturday.

CP does a great job of keep the park staffed for this event. You may have to wait a few minutes more for your French Fries, but seen most rides are running at full capacity (ie. 3 trains) even on Fridays.

If you haven't been to the park during Halloweekends...GET THERE. It is a great time.

CLOSING...
