NO ONE can accurately predict the crowds at CP...
However, a good rule of thumb is the crowd levels for the Sundays in Oct...Saturdays are the busiest, followed by Sundays and then Friday Nights.
I would venture a guess the Sunday Starlight wouldn't be a bad investment, most people probably won't stay till the last hour so you should have a pretty good time.

Chris, everything I say is a lie. Except that. And that. And that and that and that and that and that. And that.

Beer and golf Thursday thru Monday, Cedar Point & beer, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription... is more cowbell!
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THIS TYPE OF TOPIC. WE DON'T NEED A WHOLE SLEW OF WHAT'S THE CROWD LEVEL LIKE ON BLANK DATE. THIS POINT HAS BEEN MADE CLEAR OVER THE YEARS ON GTTP.
EVEN IF IT IS HALLOWEEKENDS...THE BEST THING TO DO IS ENJOY THE WEEKENDS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE CROWD LEVEL.
As has already been covered, Fridays are the least busy day of the weekends, (Gee does the shorter hours give you a hint?), followed by Sunday and then Saturday.
CP does a great job of keep the park staffed for this event. You may have to wait a few minutes more for your French Fries, but seen most rides are running at full capacity (ie. 3 trains) even on Fridays.
If you haven't been to the park during Halloweekends...GET THERE. It is a great time.
CLOSING...
