It obviously didn't happen. But who cares? As long as Mine Ride is running just one train (which is absurd) it won't be seeing any visits from me or my kids. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was there Friday and Sunday, CCMR was running 2 trains. As far as using Gemini trains, I think that was posted on screams cape- the Wikipedia of parks.
It was the other way around if I remember correctly. One piece of evidence of this is last year Gemini didn't have decals.
I believe there were no decals on Gemini because the trains were refurbished/repainted. 2 of the trains this year still don't have the decals, and 2 are sitting in Mean Streak's infield. (along with a giraffe).
Are you saying they put the mine ride trains on Gemini? If so, that didn't happen. They referbished the trains, but they are not from Mine Ride.
Edit: t2fastspin beat me to it.

They did post the information, but they had proof as pictures of a Gemini train was testing on the track.
I think they may do work on this during the upcoming off season. Think most of the effort this year was placed on Gatekeeper. The year before, I think they still may have been working on details/how to change brake lines/station. (my opinions/thoughts)
Please don't say upcoming, it only reminds me how short summer is and how little time there is to visit Cedar Point. ;)
I remember seeing that picture. I would love to see that happen. Since they're both Arrow coasters, that may have been a possibility. Maybe the restraint and braking systems would be too much of a retrofit to be feasible.
Is it the same giraffe that usually sits outside of kiddy kingdom? It is also used in Carnevil.
Let's Get Weird.
Yeah, there was this picture....

Love the comments on that pic. All of a sudden people start thinking that you can put them on every ride such as Magnum and Corkscrew.
