What was your first Cedar Point Coaster?

Cedar Creek Mine Ride followed by Iron Dragon in 1997.

I visited the park every year after that and I it took me all the way till 2002 to step on a bigger ride.

I think it was either CCMR or Blue Streak and I think it was about 1972 or somewhere around that time.I have rode them every year since then.

Iron Dragon 2003

Mine was Disaster Transport in 1999.

Blue Streak 1979....yikes.

Mine was Millennium Force on August 9th 2006. My first roller coaster was Screamin' Eagle at Six Fags(whoops) St.Louis in 1997. I've loved roller coasters ever since and I've visited almost a dozen amusement parks. I still have plenty of time to visit more since I'm 14.

Corkscrew, 1977. It was only my second looping coaster, Screamin' Demon at Kings Island being first. I liked SD better, mostly for the long, ominous walk up all those flights of stairs as the ride shook with each launch, and for the intensity of the launched drop into the loop. But I really loved the corkscrews over the midway at CP, I remember that very vividly. And I liked Corkscrew better because it was a circuit coaster, even then.

*sigh* Good times.

Mine 1st COASTER was the Avalanche Run in 1985 which was much better then what is at the place now: Disaster Transport 1990. I call it DORKPORT, but I ride it if I rode every other Coaster during the day.

Millennium Force, 2000.

Millennium Force last Saturday (September 2nd, 2006) I finally got to the point and made sure that my first ride was Millennium Force; my friend and I sprinted from the front of the park to the back somewhat aimlessly just looking for the entrance so that we could get a ride. Definately one of the best rides ever, the first ride on it is the best because everything's so new, and I liked it so much I got off and got right back in line. :)

I kinda wish that Dragster was my first ride at Cedar Point since it's my favorite coaster, but oh well, Millennium is a very close second anyway.
