I think that is actually a small coaster. CP historians please assist me on this one, I think that's the Scamper, a wild mouse type ride.

I think it's the Scamper. At least that's where the Scamper was.

Just like Scott said - it's like a wild mouse. I believe it had a wooden structure.

In the pic, if you look real good, you can see the tell-tale hairpin turns of a wild mouse.

Only 2290½ miles from Cedar Po!nt
from what my dad used to say the Wild Cat was over on that side where the scrambler is - it could be it.

The Wildcat has stood in three locations: where it is today, current site of Disaster Transport, current site of Aquatic Stadium.

It is the Scamper. Scamper was a wooden wild mouse.
As a little kid I remember that it seemed too scary to put a coaster that close to water. My how things change!
does anyone have a better picture of the scamper?i always wanted to see what this ride looked like.
a "wildcat" type ride did sit near Scrambler in the 60's--I believe Matterhorn sits there now--Tiki Twirl sat there in between...
i was looking at a video i bought at cedar point a few summers ago,and i came across a shot of jungle larrys,i could swear that it showed a shot of the scamper in the background.
