Hey everyone - just felt like taking a gander at the FunCoast webcam and I get this construction image - it that an inversion or another bunny hop - just at a weird angle???????

Hopefully that link works!

Holy crap it's inverting!!
EDIT: I'm pretty sure anyway. It COULD be one of their zero-g hill things, but that looks like an Immelmen. *** Edited 8/23/2006 7:22:18 PM UTC by MrInkspot@aol.com***

I knew inversions would be involved with this ride!!! Looks to be the first (or last) half of a corkscrew.

Oh man, I need some better pictures! This is getting GOOOOOOODDDD. I guess that answers the OTS restraint questions!
yea, I guess that makes me feel better about taking that bunny hill at high speeds... although I guess I was hoping for something more fast/banking than inverting... oh well
It's hard to tell if it's a corkscrew or direction-changing hill, like on Mantis. The thing floating in the water doesn't make the view any easier. At this point, it appears that the V in the track is pointing downward, which would insinuate a hill more than a corkscrew. Is there something I'm missing? I'm surprised you guys are so confident in that fuzzy photo.
Again, it COULD be a hill like the link below, but it looks inverted to me.

Out of all the angles you could get! That bouy makes it look like a flag. I hope it's an inversion though. It must have been recently put up for it not to be in the new update.

That track is definatly upside down there, the part of the support that is connected to the track is pointing towards the ground. (as in it is above the track)

forget for a second about the inverted part, what in the world is that vertical piece to the far left?
On the RegisterCam it does look to be a corkscrew.

Arguing with a coaster enthusiast is like wrestling with a pig in mud. After a while, you realize the pig enjoys it.

I just got a text from a friend that works there and YES it does have an inversion.
What, no supporting arguement? No pictures? No exact specifications of the height of the inversion, speed the train will be going, maximum forces acting on the rider, as well as the exact moment in the course of the ride the inversion will be in?
I don't buy it.
Did anyone else just go - "YESSSSSS" as loud as I did at work? Ok, just checking....
And DAMN people - I just posted this message, and NOT 4 mins later, there's 12 replies already!! I didn't realize this site was that popular - Go Head PointBuzz!

I just checked the cam again and from what everybody has said in the past 2 minutes, I believe that that bouy went in front of it. It would be great to have a corkscrew, but a corkscrewhop(The thing on that coaster called Goliath) would be really fun too! Maybe we will get both...
