What is that just north of second dive hill?

There is some seating but what else is it?

It's just a seating area with a wall between the seats/tables and Valravn. The wall has flower boxes on it and some windows to look through to the coaster. I thought the area was pretty terrible the first time I saw it, but now they actually have flowers in the boxes and they added a "#BattleForCP" sign there with the five clans and it is sort of growing on me. Actually sat there in the shade last time and ate a meal so I think it's just fine.
