What do you think the "new attraction will be at Cedarpoint?"

I know nothing has been announced, but what do you think the "new attraction for 2009" will be?

New auto flushing toilets in the bathroom near the Magnum...

No seriously.... I spoke with the Lemon Chill Guy and they have signed a new contract.... He is returning for 2009 to take over the vacation selling stand near the gemini!!!

Also the rooms in Hotel Breakers will all get Mini Bars with Frozen Lemon Chill cups available for $9.99. Subway will also offer room service - bringing footlongs to your door for the bargain basement price of $24.99 (Plus Tip of course).

I'll set up a stand in the picnic pavillion selling them for the original $5.00 plus a modest $1.00 convenience charge if anyone wants one however. :-)

Probably some work to the buildings. Maybe a new restraunt or food option or coaster re-paint (Magnum or Dragster) Not much.

If Cedar Point wants a small coaster they should get one of those intamin Half Pipe Coasters

New for 2009, Scrolling LED signs at every entrance. Displaying Ride name, or "Roller Coaster 1 is Closed." Guest and employee tracking devices that transmit whether you are happy, sad or sick. All so the big guy controlling the game can make informed decisions ;)

Actually, I'm looking forward to improved lighting, and general touch ups around the park. lets save that 10 million and buy some light bulbs and renew the Light bulb crew. Maybe then Giant Wheel can be fully lit.

IMO 2009 wont be any new rides but I have a feeling 2010 will provide us with something BIG. But thats just me.

They need new trains for Magnum, Corkscrew (padded seats), and pad Iron Dragons seats too.

Small cosmetic changes here and there around the park. Maybe they'll actually repaint a coaster (coughcoughMFcoughcough). 2010 should bring that new flume that got put on hold this year. I think it'll be 2011 before we see another new coaster.

Upgrade the food or lower the price.

I say they will ad NOTHING for 2009. We have been through this before the season ended and again after. If they were going to ad something it would have been announced already. If anything they will do some painting that is it.

They should paint raptor like hulk coaster, that look alot better.

I'd be happy if they just updated the Magnum restrooms. I always enter and exit the park through the Magnum entrance so I use those restrooms the most. I want some Xlerator hand dryers in there. Is that too much to ask?
