What do you think of the cottages and cabins?

Yesterday after my son and I got our season passes,I drove back to take a look at the new cabins. I really am not all that impressed. I think it is terrible they removed all those trees. It seems like they cramed them all in. does anyone feel the same?
I thought they looked pretty cool, staying there for Coasermania.

I've already been inside of them and they are AWESOME! They are well worth the money, I say make your reservations ASAP!!!!!! Before CP realizes that they could be charging a heck of a lot more!

I am staying in them May 14th and May 15th I belive (not sure of the dates I am going). From the pictures on the official website, they do look a bit crammed together but heck, I don't plan on spending too much time in them anyway! By the way, does anybody know if the cottages have a grill on the porch? I heard that they did but am not sure. Dan--I figure you might know this since you have been in them?

YES they have a grill on the patio on the back end along with a great view of the lake, with 2 TV's on the inside among many other nice features..When you think of the inside..think of a mini modular...

Jeff--I take it you have been in the cabins/cottages as well? How is the groundwork around them progessing? I really don't want to be tramping through a lot of mud to get to the park!

I was there a week ago and they still had a lot of landscaping to do. On a side note the grills are going to be on the sides of the cottages and not on the deck.

Anyone know if Less fat than other houses on points will allow ground fires? *** This post was edited by Magnum is sinking! on 4/29/2001. ***
