What do you like better, the main drop that goes down straight like the Magnum, Gemini, Blue Streak. Or do you like the turn while going down the main drop like raptor. I like the straight down drop better than the turn while you drop.

Raptor is a different kind of coaster than the others, I can't imagine it with a straight down drop and I can't imagine the others with a turned drop. Raptor gives you the feeling of a bird swooping around in a circle to catch it's prey.
Raptor does not have a turning drop. It just turns at the top then drops.

Depends. Like Andrew said, I think we're thinking of two different types of turning drops. One is like Raptor or Mantis where it turns, then drops. And one like, say Riddler's Revenge or SFMM Viper where the drop itself is a turn. I like all three of them for different types of coasters. I can really appreciate Mantis's set up because it allows the entire train to clear the lift hill so you don't get that delay for the first couple cars. Turning drops like , SFMM Viper are also cool because you can't clearly see the end of the drop. I don't think CP has any coasters with this type of drop....unless you count DT.
I meant the turn and drop.
I will have to say just drop not turn and drop.

Well MF well be my first favorite drop, then Magnums, and finally Raptors. Sitting in the back seat, far right on Raptor is amazing. Back seat on Magnum going down the first hill rocks. Then again the back seat on the Force will be amazing becuase when the train hits the top of the lift it doesn't slow down!

Actually the Raptor drop is the streightest inverted drop I've ever seen. It curves at the top, but then dives. That's one of the reasons why I love it more than the others, becuase my stomach drops everytime! And you can't beat the ending.
