I'm pretty sure that is Leap the Dips/Leap Frog.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

Actually I believe that is the Racer.

Wow, I can't believe I let that one slip my mind! Of course that's Racer. I don't know why, but I had Leap the Dips at the front of my mind when I saw the post so that was my automatic reaction upon seeing the picture.

Most definitely the Racer, looks just like the postcard hanging on the wall next to me. :)
