What area is cleared for LP

I was wondering how much land is being cleared out for the lighthouse point addition.

I could see from Walt's great pictures that it looks to be a large area. Is it all of circle A?

I was wondering also, after all this LP Contruction will Camper Village be no more?

It's essentially a rebranding. Camper Village isn't exactly disappearing, it's just steadily be converted into full-service sites that they can charge more for.
