What are the Red Brackets on Train 3 - 3rd Row - Left

So, I haven't seen anything about this anywhere else. Sorry, I don't have a picture. I will try to grab one this weekend.

On car 3.3 left, there are some red brackets that don't seem to be on any other car or train. I have asked several different employees. Some didn't even know they were there. None knew what they were for. I have speculated that they are for a special handicap harness. I'm fairly certain B&M has done this before. When I posed that circumstance to one of the employees, they said of all the handicap scenarios that are allowed to ride, they can all can sit in any seat.

Thoughts?

Where are these brackets on the restraint, the back of the train, what. I only have ridden very front and back, nowhere in between yet so I don't know the middle rows :P

No, Big Boy is row 4.

Busch Gardens has them for Griffon. They are for riders with amputations above the knee. Alpengiest and Apollo might have them as well, but I am not 100% positive.

I'm guessing CP has chosen not to use them, since the ride ops are unaware and untrained how to use them.

That's pretty much what I thought. I got a picture last weekend and have been to lazy to download it from my camera to the computer.
