What Advice would you give to 2 CP newcomers?

Hi everyone, I'm heading to the Point a few weeks from now with two of my OU buddies, and neither of them have ever been to CP before, what advice should I give them?  They've been to PKI earlier this year with our physics class and they thing that's tough stuff, so what should I tell them about the Point?  I'm stuck.
