Werner Stengel

I was checking out Werner Stengel's web site, more specifically the FAQ's on the site. I would love to design roller coasters, but nobody is hiring, and most companies have less than 10 people in their company so there is no demand for designers out there. But anyway on his site one of his answers were "look behind the curtains" or something along those lines, and I was wondering if anybody that works for Cedar Point, has seen Werner Stengel in the park? He did create the best coaster in the world, Millennium Force, along with many other great designs.
