I am so confused, what is this gale cam?
look at the first page of this thread, and click the link...it's a webcam.
I realize it is a webcam, but where is it coming from? It wasn't on CedarPoint.com, was it?
Try looking at the url.. it might help you...

Look at what we have here... the Fury cam.

DIPPIN DOTS!!!111 THEY ROXOR YUR WORLD!!1!
They might not be trying to trick us. Who knows it might just be another clue. Maybe the new attraction might be a dueling coaster, with each track having a different name.

Former name was B-Town

LOL this is the third name I have seen on that cam is two days.

I love fall...
The cool, brisk air...
The brightly colored leaves...
The amusement park announcements...
They are messing with us!!!! Isn't it a little freaky that all the names put up so far are names they surveyed about for the new ride. I still want them to put up Ballistic Cam...:)
Next we're going to see one that says, Hi, gttpers! :)

"Ahh... Good Times!"
Force Laps: 424
VertiGo Shots: 32
6/11/01: Gemini 100

I've got a hypothesis!;)

Alright, I think that this is the 3rd and final time the name will be changed.  Tomorrow it will be announced.  It will be a double impulse (not necessarily racing or dueling), and the names will be Gale Twister and Gale Fury.  Maybe one will have an exceptional twist to it (450 degree spike) and the other be very fast and high (the Fury in it).  Like it?....  8^)

This thread should be re-named to match the other thread...

New Ride Cam... Place Your Bets On The Next Name!

Tomorrow is Monday... Let's all hold our breaths.

Or perhaps they have thrown out all the names they aren't using...which leaves BALLISTIC!!! I know, I know...I can dream though. :)

I know this may be off the topic in terms of how high, how large or how fast, but think about the other things that this will do for the park. I know that this will increase attendance by a good percentage I figure.

This is one of the best moves I think CP has made in the last few years. Since there isn't much on that midway and there is little foot traffic, this is the formula they needed to revive that part of the park.

I saw in another post that it would relieve the line for Millenium and I agree with that to a point. It will to a point like in the morning I figure but as people progress to the back of the park, that would eventually increase it a bit.

I guess related to the coaster, I wonder how they are going to put in a queue line to hold the number of people that are wanting to ride it. I know that they are going to have to have a capacity of a three hour line and maybe that is why they demolished stadium games. That could be where the queue line will go.

Email me, love to chat about this.
