Webcam is Back Up

It is funny... when I was in the park yesterday, I saw some people running past Gemini saying "Maverick is running, I think its opening!"

Some people are just plain naive.

I don't understand how you can call the general public Naive. Most people don't spend all day studying Cedar Point like we do to understand the ride won't open.

It's already obvious the GP thinks this thing will open before June.

But the signs all over the park say otherwise. If CP hadn't broadcasted to every regional news source, and on their homepage, along with placing signs all over the park, then I could understand people thinking the ride would open.

If the signs simply said "Maverick is closed today", then I can understand people getting excited seeing it test, and running to the entrance. But when the signs clearly say "we anticipate an early June opening", you have to think that it's not going to be resoved on May 14th...

PS - I really don't think that you and Loopy need to resort to signature bashing... Disagreeing with one another is one thing, ending every single one of your posts with an insult is quite another... just my 2 cents.
