Here in Windsor it is currently sunny and about 65. Today would be a perfect day at the Point except it's a bit windy. I went twice last season. In May it was nice except windy, which kept Raptor, Wicked Twister, and Dragster closed most of the day. I also went in October. It was cloudy and started to rain around 3 but that was okay. It caused it to be really foggy/misty which enhanced the Halloweekends experience.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
If there's something I've learned my past visits to CP regarding the weather is this, Never trust a forcast. I always double/triple/and even quadruple check the weather before I go. One time it said 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms and it didnt show anything on radar. And that day was beautiful, not a dark cloud.

Yeah, the weather was awesome today. I went to track practice this morning and was glad it got me outside to enjoy the weather (instead of drooling over CP pics all day). It was the first time I have seen 70ish since September or so. If this trend continues, we'll probably have a hot summer, which is better then the wet one we had last year.

I don't know if the weather up in MI is going to be good after today, i know around here tomorrow through next tuesday is cold and rain. It's supposed to snow saturday. Ohio weather is messed up!
Who on Earth told you it's supposed to snow? The only thing we're getting Saturday is some morning rain and 50-60 degree weather.

I'm in the same boat with Scotty. I hope the weather goes kinda down hill in the evening on opening day, at least enough for them to postpone the fireworks till the next weekend.
As for the snow. I believe the reason for those "warnings" is that the lows at night are still dipping enough to make snow a possibility. Are we going to get a massive 3 foot snowfall, no. But snow is still a possibility. (My sister was born on April 8 and my parents had to drive to the hospital in a blizzard. In fact they had to wait for a plow truck to come and blaze a path to the hospital. So snow isn't completely out of the question yet.)
Goodbye MrScott
