^Taking it down would get my respect. :)
WT was my first launch coaster, and wow. Then I rode TTD.

I'm not even going to dignify that with a response. Oh wait, I just did. Shoot. ;)
Aren't there any DT lovers out there? When the wrecking ball comes, I will be out there to stop its course, valiantly waving off impending doom with my 3-D glasses.
Okay, this thread is about WT. Wicked Twister is great, if you like rides that go back and forth... and back and forth... and back.

I love sticking my feet straight out at the top of the spike and seeing them stay there.

Hmm... sounds painful. ;)
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
I for one love Wicked Twister, lauching and hearing the LIMs screming as you speed down the track. I've only gotten the front seat one time, but you got to love the back seat ;).
Quote from a Corkscrew ride op, "And Dragster is down again"
WT ranks up there as one of my CP Fab Four's: MF, TTD, Maggie and WT. My little one recently graduated to the 46"+ ride height and loves DT and I must admit I do too. Unless another better 46"+ coaster is set to replace DT, I'm handcuffing myself to the dozer!
Put me on the I Love Wicked Twister list! I remember going to CP the year it opened and thinking that it would have an incredibly long line. Much to my surprise, it was only fifteen minutes. The most I've ever waited was a half hour. IMO, best seat in the house is very back. I love spiraling downward toward the sand.

I find WT to be the most frightening ride in the park. I love it. probably my...fourth favorite, but I love them all!...
... besides wildcat :(

I've only been attending CP since 2000. When TTD opened in 2004, I got my first ride on Wild Cat. I absolutely loved it! Great fun!
Wicked Twister actually scares me too.
I didn't have a chance to go on WC, but I've been on Schwarzkopf portable that is permanent at a pier somewhere around my house. It was fun. I would've gone on it if the line wasn't so bad.

Wicked Twister is definately in my top 4 coasters in the park. I wasn't expecting much from it the first time I rode it, just because it seemed so basic. You launch, you go up, you go down and you repeat that for a few times and then it's over...
Boy was I ever wrong! For the initial launch being so slow, it still didn't fail to impress me, even after riding Top Thrill Dragster. Sitting in the back for me is the prime seat of choice, just because you get the ultra-extreme of the back spike's twist.
Very underrated, and it usually never has a long queue (longest I've waited was about 15 minutes, and the rest were either 5 minutes or under).
Race For The Sky
I love how most of the GP thinks the very last row is the best. The second to last row is the best on the right because when the car in front of you twists you see just see the sand below. It's way better than seeing the seat in front of you.

I prefer the front, not only do you get 3x airtime as opposed to the rears 2x, but it also looks like you are not going to stop going up.
OMG we're going up!
I love the front for that reason also, but i also like the feeling that my legs are going to get ripped off when you go through the station. I know its an illusion but you cant help look at the floor of the station and go OMG my legs are gonna die :)
Anyway wicked twister is the best.

On my first Wicked Twister ride I can still remember holding the bars on the restraints so hard it was all sweaty at the end of the ride. I love going in the air and then twisting on the way up. Then going up backwards and twisting. Its also cool to see the whole structure slightly swaying while waiting in line. It's a great ride
