WCO Question

To anyone who has attended Winter Chill Out in the past: What does the itinerary usually look like? How long is the tour? Do they do lunch for everyone at once or do you have lunch after your tour ends? Do people tend to get together afterward? I'm trying to figure if I can come to my first WCO. But being 6hrs away makes it kinda expensive with hotel rooms etc. I'm wondering if it's reasonable to drive back to Rochester, NY afterward to avoid a hotel room for Saturday night. I know the schedule can change year to year, just curious about how it has played out in the past. Thanks!

Generally, these tours start anywhere between 8AM and 10AM, depending which group you choose. The lunch is generally in the middle of the event and you will go on more tour after. The event was around 5-6 hours last year.

Hmmmmm so I COULD POTENTIALLY leave after work Friday at 3pm, stay overnight, do an early tour, and head home 3pm-ish Saturday... That might work.
