Water coaster?

I was at Carowins this weekend and they have a water coaster called Nickelodeon™ Flying Super Saturator. This is a great idea. It had the longest lines (not really a good thing but does show interest) and was very entertaining for the riders and spectators. Although I did not ride it (my son did and loved it), it was great to sit outside and watch people get water dumped on them. Wonder if this might be a good tie between the park and Soak City.....

I just wonder what the plumbers union will strike about befor this...

Never heard of a water coaster before. Is it like a log ride? I wish CP did have another log ride that was more intense than WWL and more than a pick you up and drop you like SRF's.

There is a water coaster called "MasterBlaster" that I know of. You're on a small raft and there are water streams that force you to the top of the hills. A ride like that will most likely go in Soak City.

The water coaster Majin is linking us to, will probably go in the park if Cedar Point were to build one.

Premier's watercoaster is like a shoot the chutes (Snake River Falls) boat, except is about half water ride (mainly chute drop) and half coaster.

MasterBlaster, as seen in Schlitterbahn in Texas, is a water slide with a water blast that sends the rider *up* a hill and down the other side.

THe coaster at Carowins is an inverted that is low enough for ppl to shoot with water guns and has tanks that will hold water to dump on unsuspecting people.....

My thought is this. What could CP add that would bring more people into the park? Not much imo. BUT, could they add a coaster to Soak City and bring more people there? Probably.

The Coaster at Carowinds is a Super Saturator. I've heard great review's about this ride and if CP was looking to build a kiddie inverted this would be the one for them.

I've wanted a water coaster for Kings Island but if Cedar Point would get one it would be fine with me. Just where in that area with the water rides (Frontiertown?) would they build it? Unless they located it at another section of the park.
