Was Mean Streak smoother?

When I rode Mean Streak yesterday, it seemed to be a lot smoother than I remember it being last year, or any year before. I still got the increadible latteral g's that it was designed to have, but the overall experiance was smoother, I think. Anyone else notice this, or was it just me.

If it was smoother, I guess that means it's time for me to change my signature.

It's running smoother, but it still crawls, and going down the first drop is like crashing through a cinder block wall.

My comment yesterday was that it is running like a Kings Island wood coaster, only with a better train.

RideMan you said it. It was alot smoother, but it does need to go faster. I think of the trim breaks wern't applied @ the top of the hill, the train would go fast enough so that it would have the correct roughness level, but if it gets rougher within the next few weeks, than there's something.

Off on the first hill? When I rode in the afternoon they were hitting very hard. The ride is smoother, and faster, but the brake on the first drop seems to be stronger than last year.

Unless you start first thing in the morning.

I rode in the morning and although I felt the trims on the first hill hit, they were LESS than last year. The ride was smoother and faster through the first part of the course. But the mid course brakes really slowed it down.

I rode around 11:00 and the lift trim grabbed very hard. Midcourse barely touched us.

The mid-course brakes......They shouldn't touch at all given the ham and egger trims on the first drop.

I was super before Superstew was cool!

Yeah, after I ran into Rob and scared him by knowing who he actually was, he said the trims were off, so my wife and I went over there and they were already turned on by the time we got there. I think it was around 11:00ish.
