Hey friends, I don't know how many of y'all live in the Cleveland/Akron area, or even do Web design work for a living, but the company that does CP's official site is looking for someone:

http://wddonline.com/careers/

If you're going to apply, do so because you're qualified, please. I doubt they want kiddies with pirated copies of Photoshop. It's all about real experience and a real portfolio.

If you're a professional in this field, sounds like a dream gig!

If only the job didn't need web experiance, it would be perfect for my dad. Unfortunately, he is extremely limited in the software he knows how to use (Photoshop, Freehand, and not much else) and does not have experiance in web design. (That is what you get working 18 years at a greeting card company:() Also, he is a Mac guy (which I would be too if I could afford it and wasn't addicted to RCT2), and the company uses PC, probably running Windows.

It would be a dream for me if my dad worked as an artist for CP, or as a contractor. Which leads me to an important question considering what my dad does now are signs and graphic design (things like logos and corporate artwork):

Does CP have artists and sign-makers in house, or do they contract out? If they do have an in-house team, or could use another contracter to either design artwork (such as logos for rides) or to make signs, I would love it if my dad could get invoved. If anyone knows the answer to my question, please let me know, as I am always trying to find my dads clients or work opportunities.

Signs.. logos.. and almost all of the graphic designs in-park are done in-house within the P&D department.

You would have to get in touch with John Taylor in P&D. If im not mistaken, John has hired out before on projects, but im not certain on that.

What will it be like after the green light?
If I dont get out of here and find me a sweet bus station skank, I might do something disgusting that I might really regret!
