Want all-season dining AND drink plan - is this the best way?

The past few years I've been buying Single Meal Deals for getting my dinner at the park. The Single Meal Deal comes with a fountain beverage.

The Season Dining Plan pays for lunch and dinner at the park, but doesn't include drinks.

So for the rest of this year and next year I'm thinking about getting the Season Dining Pass ($115) plus the Season Drink pass ($35). That would pay for my lunches and dinners for the rest of this season and all of next season, plus drinks.

My question is, does the Drink Plan include getting a fountain drink with your meal at, say, the Grand Pavilion or Farmhouse when you get your meal? I would assume it does, but want to make sure.

Also, do I just show the QR code on my phone for the drink pass to the cashier when I get my meal to get the drink? I've seen other people mention you have to get something set up first, but that might be for the souvenir cup.

Yes, drinks at those locations are included. And they just scan your pass for the dining plan and drink plan when you redeem.
