Since the park has been open for just about a week now, i was curious on the wait times. Is it like it was last year, with the long waits, or is it shorter this year? Because im going next wednesday, the 16th and i just want to know what to expect. thanks.
The last week is no measure of how the line will be. The park opened up a week early and there were almost no lines. Lines start today...
Highschool classes start to show up.. People are getting out and skipping school.
Now the fun begins...

MF 2001 - Tell ya when I hit triple digits....
No more virtual Walk On's, that's for sure :( :( :(
I had to have went to the least crowded day of the season because of the rain last Tuesday. I walked down the length frontier trail while heading towards the Force and never saw anybody except for an employee!
MF Man I will also be there on the 16th..proabably doing the whole marina entrance deal.:)

I was there on Friday and waited no more than 20 minutes to ride and was just wondering if anyone has ever had a TRUE walk-on ride on MF? Not including MM or media days (or any other special days), has anyone just walked right into the station and ridden without having to wait more than one train?
Midday Tuesday I approached the station from the ramp and just as I got near were the end of the line was forming when they started letting people through into the station, including myself. So I never stooped walking until I was standing in front of the gate. I call that a walk on!
I think it also happened right after a breakdown, because I waited about one or two trains after that for the rest of my 10 laps :)

I've had a walk on! The park was open to the public, but there was very few people there. I walked up to MF's station, never stopped walking just like Joe. E, and got front row! The ride was excellet. This was a few nights ago, in a dream I had.

Hi, my name is Josh and I'm addicted to Cedar Point.
may 10th. It said 1/4 of an hour on the waiting time sign all day and it wasen't even that long. when do you ever see that ? it was excellent..!!!!
On May 13, I waited 45 min. each of three times I rode it.
A little trick that seems to work for me on most rides is basically "if the line seems to long, then it probably is." Try back later.
