Wait times this year

Yesterday after the big rain storm that Cedar Point had, we went back into the park at around 9 o' clock to notice that most roller coasters were closed except Millennium Force. And the park was totally empty. I rode the force twice in under 15 minutes while the train was still less than half full. I was just amazed that they opened the ride back up, everyone left after the rain had hit. Today at 11 this morning the line was only about 10 minutes long and was down to the ramp. Still seemed like a short line. How long has everyone else waited in line for Millennium Force? I just can't believe the line was this short. It must of been my lucky day.
yeah that rain was crazy.

my wife was 3 cars away from ridin top thrill dragster and i felt one or two little drops of rain about 7pm and they said they were down.

then about 10 minutes later it started running again for about 2 trains and then went down again for the night .

it sucked

she waited about 45 minutes then gave up

Well usually when I arrive at Cedar Point, the first thing we hit is Millennium Force. The reason is we know everyone else is starting their day off with Raptor so you know what the line wait is like. Anyway when we get to Millennium Force the gate we'll say like a half hour wait but it's a walk of at least 10 minutes. We get back in like it's like probably a 20-25 minute wait. Later on it the day when I come back to ride it, there's a line about an 30-45 minute wait. I'd have to say my longest wait though this year was on May 22 when I waited like an hour and 15 minutes.
I think the longest I've waited was on May 14 it had to have been an hour and 45 minutes. We were in the middle of the line and it had started pouring down raining (actually there was a train halfway up the hill but stopped for mechanical reasons when it started raining...must've sucked...) anyway a lot of people left the line but it was still a long wait afterwards. It was a Friday so I wasn't surprised....
I was at Cedar Point on Memorial Day and I got nine rides in on Millennium Force in 1 1/2hrs, it was great. My last trip, June 4th, I got 7 rides in and 3 on TTD, and it was rather busy, but rides like Corkscrew, Iron Dragon, Gemini, rides that normally have walk rite into the station had lines, but the lines for TTD & MF were rather short.

Can't wait for 07 season!

Got in line yesterday at about 10:20am and the wait was about 45 minutes.

my first time i went to cedar point was august 12, 2003. my cousin and i waited in line for 3-3.5 hours for front seat. it was really hot out but it was worth it!

The longest I've ever waited was September, 2000. About 3.5 hours.
But when I went closing day this year, the line was about 10 minutes short in the middle of the day!

We just went on Opening Day 2005 (May 5,2005) and we rode MF at night for a wait time of 1 hour. It was an hour wait all day!

Um... Opening Day was May 7th.

Considering the weather these last few weeks and how weather generally has adverse effects on park attendence, I doubt the wait has been substantially long (more than an hour). Next majorly warm spell we have, I'm sure line times will pick up, especially with the whole test seat belt being longer than the ride seat belt thing that maintenance has apparently not fixed yet.

I went on 5/09 and 5/10 the lines were minimum. I think the longest was maybe 1/2 hour. mantis, magnum, corkscrew, raptor,wt,gemini,ms, all walkons. I rode TTD, and MF twice, in 30 minutes. Got stuck on TTD for awhile, something happened and they had to wait for someone to bring that battery pack thing to release the lap bars

I was at the park today and the longest line was Millennium Force. It rained for about 10 minutes and that shut down the entire park.. it was strange. Luckily lots of people left line when it rained so that brought us right up to the station. Power Tower Turbo Drop, Mean Streak, Gemini, Corkscrew, Blue Streak, and Magnum were all walk ons. Mantis and Raptor were about 10 minutes each. It was an awesome day.

when i went during the second week it was open i think the most we waited was about 45 min -1 hour. and then later we got on even quicker.

The world looks better at 420 feet in the air... first ride May 14th, 2005

only 997 laps left on MF..

So i resurrect dead post... is that a bad thing?

I went on May 14th. Everything was a walk on but due to some silly guests, the wait was longer than that. Raptor was about a 10 minute wait. Wicked Twister was a 10 minute wait. Magnum should have been a 10 minute wait but they had to stop the train on the lift for whatever reason. Two guys that were on that train were arrested right when the train got back to the station. Then another train got stopped on the lift because some guy was taking pictures as the train was being dispatched. Walked on Gemini. Walked on Mean Streak. Mantis was a walk on but turned into a 15-20 minute wait while the ride opertators cleaned up spew. Millennium Force was a 20 minute wait and turned into a 45 minute wait. Millennium Force wasn't moving very fast that day for some reason
