Could someone explain to me what this shirt means?

New Wooden Coaster for CedarPoint?

New ride for CP 08?

It's the new ride at Dorney Park for 2008.

Dorney is a Cedar Fair park - also who owns Cedar Point.

Voodoo is also Steel Venom from Geauga Lake aka Superman: Ultimate Escape.

edit: although, that logo is totally different. I glanced at it and saw the weird face and closed it. Then I opened it again and was like WTF? So, I don't know. Coincidence maybe? *** Edited 11/9/2007 2:51:40 AM UTC by halltd***

But why would Cedar Point make Voodoo shirts, that say "CedarPoint" on them?

No idea. The only relation to Voodoo at Dorney is the word Voodoo though. I really think it was just a coincidence. Ya know, maybe they had the shirt for a long time. Someone from planning and design was browsing the shop one day and was like, "OMG, we can use that for Steel Venom when we send it to Dorney."

That sounds more likely than anything. :)

There is another shirt at Cedar Point that has a longhorn's skull with roller coaster rails coming out of it. Exactly like Dorney's Voodoo logo, except, their's is a human (maybe) skull and not of a longhorn. I don't have a picture of it, but maybe someone else does.

I saw that shirt as well in the gift shop in early october.

If it is just coincidence, i don't know what a "voodoo rider" at cedar point is anyways...

but i like the 'slash' hat on the top skull. anyone know where i can get one?

This was brought up 2 years ago when "Project 07", as we knew it, was happening. Some people thought thats what Maverick was going to be called.

At least we know where the Cedar Fair ride names and logos come from. :)

I have noticed the same shirt at Worlds of Fun the past 2 years. Except the shirt says Worlds of Fun.
