Virtual Ride Controls

Obviously they didn't do enough to the ride to prevent it from needing to be shut down for the slightest hint of rain. :)

Then why did they move you from Mantis to the Cadillac cars???...even though it may be random assignments...i would think they would at least hire you back on the same ride if you were doing such an outstanding job.

That might be because I asked to be at Cadillac Cars.

Cad cars is actually a fun ride to work.

Though I would prefer an old roller coaster with hand brake levers. :)

I love working at Cads. That is part of the reason that I asked to be there. People who have never worked there don't really always understand why people want to work there but I think if they tried it that they might love it. I do love working on coasters too but I got kinda of tired of Mantis after a while. The the most 6 of our positions was checking seats and on that ride you can really get sore when you first start. I messed up my shoulder last year and working on Mantis really makes it start hurting at times. Thats another reason that I chose to work at Cadillac Cars and not go back to Mantis this year. I worked at Cad Cars last year too but not as long as Mantis or Matterhorn and I really love it there.

Mantis seems like a physically demanding ride to work.

2007 - Top Thrill Dragster
2005 - Magnum XL-200/Camp Snoopy/Monster/Witches Wheel

every ride is physically demanding in it's own way
