VIP Riders

I know I am late on the topic, but I was thinking that if i was the top bidder to be the first to ride "TTD" and all those media people rode a day before me, i would be pretty mad. Does anyone agree?
oh, ok.. that just sorta bothered me, but you are probably right. anyways i didn't hear anyone complaining.. lol.
I think the only person with any possible valid gripe on this would be the guy that shelled out $3007 for him and his son to ride. And, if I'm not mistaken, he wasn't complaining.
I would never pay that just to ride i would just wait till i go.

THAT GUY IS SO DUMB!

Yeah, I mean he gave all of that money to a charity...what a jackass!

Nice Allen. First off maybe if you had been paying attention you would know that ALL of that bid money went to the Firelands Red Cross. What a bad thing to pay your money to *sarcasm* The bidders donated their money to the Red Cross and Cedar Point donated their ride, Breakfast, and the commemorative coins. Cedar Point didnt even touch that money. All checks were to be made payable to the Red Cross. I think its a very worthy cause. Especially if you would like to be one of the first to ride Dragster. So i dont see how you can be against the auction unless you for some reason hate Flood and Tornado victims. Next time, Take a deep breath, turn your brain on, and think before you post.

By the way: CP Bound wasnt calling you a jackass, he was being sarcastic, so dont be yelling at him. Having only been on this forum for 10 days i would think you would have more respect for those who have been here for years and know the rules and know better than to feed the trolls. ;-)

I would never pay to ride ANY ride. I'd just pay to get into the park myself. Gawd, it was like the end of the world to that guy who paid $3007. If he didn't ride first, he'd be, err, mad. Haha.

Hey if he has the will and the cash... Why not?

It is all for good cause anyways.

Didn't the Firelands Red Cross take in about $37,700+ for that event?

Hahahahahahahaha! Gotta love that feature.

I thought of bidding, but then the moths in my pockets told me otherwise. I still think this charity program is a big plus, and I'm glad to see it generates as much as it does.

Reminds me... it's time to go donate blood soon.

It looks like he banned the user allen, rogue.
In case you didn't realize or forgot, the entire amount of the money given to the Red Cross is tax deductible. Of course you still need the money upfront for the auction, but in a sense, you get the money back at the end of the year (if you itemize).
i think the very first ride goes to the builders and the developers of the ride.....correct m if i am wrong.
