"VertiGone's" replacement?

I know CP just announced the dismantlement today, but in a few years what can we expect to see in it's spot? Here are a few things I could see happening....

1) Giant Slingshot (300+ ft)

2) Unharnessed Freefall

3) Maybe New RipCord (the big version :) to replace both rides)

4) The S&S proposed Bungee Attraction (the real type of bungee)

What type of ride can we expect to see here?

maybe even a new type of ride we don't know about

I would love to see a SCAD tower or a 300ft SpringShot.

How about one of those S&S "Absolutely Insane" rides? ;)

I hope S&S has some really sweet ride that they aren't telling anyone about. And I really hope that the VertiGo situation hasn't caused future CF-S&S business to go sour.

A S&S "Fungee" would be cool.. but I wouldn't count on anything coming back soon.. Unless they re-pour the kiddie go-carts.. Which are still stored at the park..

Yeah as I've mentioned in another topic, I agree with Red Garter, I think they might bring the Kidde go-carts just to fill some space until they cn find something else to take the spot or not take the spot.

As I have said before they need to bring in the worlds smallest, slowest, and shortest rollercoaser and call it the crippled gopher.

It's already called the "Sky Princess" at Dutch Wonderland.

I'd love to see a Sling/Springshot. I thought the one at Old Town made for a far better ride than Vertigo anyway (more enclosed, but FAR more chaotic)

Challenge Park is always the place to find something diferent. Pay-Per Ride things.

There are a lot of choices that the park could get:

Top Eliminator Dragsters

Bumper Boats

Laser Tag

Something like that Sky Scraper Ride at Dorney.

Paint Ball

Batting Cages

There is so much they could do at Challenge Park. Sadly the won't.

Point wasn't making any money off of Virtigo as it was. 10$ a ride. Not meny takers. Plus I herd it was expensive to operate and maintain the ride as it was. Glad I rode it when I did.

I hope that CP looks into Fungee. That sounded like real fun! I've always wanted to bungee jump! Now that with fungee you go higher than where you started!

I think they should put in a skyscraper ride like Katanga in Orlando. That is the best ride I've ever been on in my entire life! Cedar Point would make so much money off of it too.
