Yeah, I was there that day, and watched them (over the course of the day, cause it took about 4 hours) winch it to the top of the roll, tie it in place with a chain, then eventually release it.
The following trains that were sent through for testing, I've never seen them so slow through there, and I was afraid it was going to valley again, this time full of employees. :)

It was a bigger deal because it was a windy day and an empty Raptor train should have never been dispatched. So instead of waiting for the wind to die down and possibly opening later in the day (Closing day by the way) the ops pretty much screwed the pooch and we were stuck without one last ride on Raptor.
